Senga Hill Town Council is inviting the general public to submit applications for the 2026 Constituency Development Fund under the following components:
Community Projects – Deadline: 10th October, 2025
Community Empowerment Grants – Deadline: 10th October, 2025
Community Empowerment Loans – Deadline: 10th October, 2025
Public Boarding Bursaries – Deadline: 10th October, 2025
Skills Development Bursaries – Deadline: 9th January, 2026
Application Guidelines:
Applicants must present a viable business/project proposal.
Proof of bank account with the Zambia National Building Society is required.
Applications must show potential for creating employment opportunities for locals.
The proposed project should be invested within Senga Hill Constituency.
Applicants must have resided in the constituency for not less than 6 months.
Submission Process:
Application forms can be accessed free of charge from the Civic Centre (Department of Development Planning), the Parliamentary Constituency Office, Ward Development Committees (WDCs), or downloaded from the Council Website: www.sengahillcouncil.gov.zm
Completed forms must be endorsed and signed by the respective WDC Chairpersons.
All WDCs are requested to sign for submissions of applications in the official logbook.
Applications that are not endorsed by WDCs will not be accepted.
