Construction of the X-ray laboratory at Mambwe Mission Hospital, funded under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), is nearing completion!
The lab is now only awaiting the installation of the X-ray room door and other key equipment before it becomes fully operational. Once complete, this vital facility will serve as a referral center for 16 health centers and surrounding communities, greatly reducing the need to refer cases to Mbala District Hospital.
This is truly a milestone development in improving healthcare access and diagnostic services in Senga Hill.
